Acerca de
Partner With Us
Born out of a desire for our 30 communities to have a more personal source of support, it is our goal to find a Community Partner for each community in our Healthy Communities Program.
Through an annual contribution of $3,250,
our Community Partners impact an entire community
throughout the year!
Partners receive updates, stories, and photos as their community is visited so
they are able to watch how the partnership
makes a difference
throughout the year.
If you are interested in becoming a Community Partner please contact Chelsea Suche at chelsea@fobf.org or (804) 744-5624, ext. 5.

“When the clinic numbers are read after a team visits in one of our communities, there is a sense of awe in the room, knowing we also touched each of those lives.”
